Lynne is a St. Louis Missouri Realtor, Investor and Consultant and and founder/owner of the InveSTLouis team - with experience in multifamily properties, rehabs, land lording, property management, residential property sales and international transactions.
Multifamily / apartment building sales in the St. Louis Missouri metro area, is the primary focus of her business,, working with clients in St. Louis, across the US, Canada, and abroad. Lynne is connected globally to like minded agents and investors.
Knowing the local market and positioning properties to sell quickly and at the highest possible price is her specialty, as well as helping buyers evaluate buildings for purchase and negotiating on their behalf. Matchmaking clients so that sellers and buyers connect pre-market is often possible, thanks to a large client database!
Lynne is an investor also with her own holdings of apartment buildings, as well as short and mid term rentals, all of which have been value add opportunities.
Lynne's primary client base is buying or selling medium size apartment buildings (12-48 is the most common size in St. Louis), yet the team works with all sizes of buildings and types of investors.
Prior to making real estate a full time career, Lynne was an IT executive. Skilled at negotiating contracts, transforming global organizations in distress, process improvement, cost containment and delivering exceptional user/customer experience. Lynne is able to communicate in Spanish if needed.
